Co-Founder & President

Tom has more than 20 years of consulting and corporate experience serving both internal and external clients.  Prior to co-founding Jadan Group, Tom was a  Director at Promontory Financial Group where he assisted clients with a variety  of operational and regulatory risk challenges.  Tom’s primary areas of focus include risk management, internal audit and controls; corporate governance; regulatory compliance; financial and other reporting. 

Alex Remily, MBA

Founder & CEO

Alex has more than 20 years of experience spanning military service and federal government information technology consulting.  Prior to founding Jadan Group, Alex was a program manager at Novetta Solutions where he assisted clients with a variety of challenges related to integrating information technology into business operations and planning.  Alex’s primary areas of focus are system integration, identity management, multi-level security and cyber risk management.

Before Novetta, Alex gained experience across the spectrum of the system development lifecycle and information technology operations.  He has overseen requirements  and  testing,  provided  system  documentation,  developed  software, managed teams, and supervised IT operations in production, development and testing.  Throughout Alex’s career in the federal defense information technology space, he continued his service in the Marine Corps, including deployments to Iraq as a platoon commander and a company commander in a light armored reconnaissance battalion.  Alex is now retired from the Marine Corps after twenty years of combined service in the active and reserve components.

Alex earned his B.A. in History from Oregon State University, his M.B.A. from the George Washington University, and most recently a graduate certificate in information assurance and computer security, also from the George Washington University.
